About Jen Rumble Family Mediation
JR Family Mediation (or JRFM) was founded in December 2011 by Jen Rumble, a Russian and Ukrainian speaking family mediator.

Having previously worked as an accredited child and parenting counsellor with specialism in trauma and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), Jen then successfully completed recognised family mediation training with leading practitioners Adrian Wright
and Robin Ap-Cynan (ADRg).
Having qualified, Jen started to practice independently as an "all-issues" (child and financial) mediator in March 2012, achieving full accreditation with the Family Mediation Council and gaining further training and experience in all aspects of family mediation and supervision of family mediators. She delivered mediation training to over 200 mediators internationally and acted as a guest speaker at various conferences and events, raising awareness of domestic abuse issues in mediation.
Today Jen offers a full range of family mediation services face to face and online nationally, and supervises other trained mediators working with JRFM or working towards accreditation.

From the moment of the first contact and throughout the mediation process, your matter will be dealt with discretion,
in a supportive, non-judgemental and timely manner. If for some reason mediation is deemed inappropriate, we are able to signpost you to other local services for families and persons, who may require other types of support.
