Mediation appointments:

If an arranged mediation appointment becomes inconvenient or you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible but in any event at least 2 working days* (Monday to Friday) in advance.

 

Where we have not received notification of a cancellation within 48 working hours, we retain the right to charge the non-attending party the full cost of the appointment.

 

All payments are transferable and fully refundable up to 2 working days* (48 hours) prior the appointment.

Provided we are given sufficient notice of cancellation, a full refund will be arranged within 5-14 working days.

An example of sufficient notice of cancellation:
An appointment is arranged for 11 a.m. on Monday. It can be cancelled free of charge any time before 11 a.m. on Thursday the week before.
